Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

The short version: We collect the information you give us (like a name and email on a contact form) and a small amount of technical data needed to run the site. We use it to respond to you, deliver the services you buy, and keep the site secure. We never sell your personal information. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing team@anchorcomedia.com.

Who we are

Anchor Co Media is a brand of Isaiah 41 LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Missouri, United States. We provide "AI front office" services — AI chat assistants, AI phone/voice reception, and related customer-communication and CRM tools — to local and small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to anchorcomedia.com and all related services (the "Service"). For any privacy question, email team@anchorcomedia.com.

What we collect

When you contact us, request a demo, or sign up, we collect information you provide directly:

We also collect automatically, to operate and protect the site:

Data we process on behalf of our business customers

When you are a customer and we operate an AI chat assistant or AI phone agent for your business, that tool may collect information from your end-customers — such as their messages, names, contact details, and (for voice) call recordings and transcripts. For this data you are the controller and we are the processor / service provider: we handle it only to provide the Service to you, under your instructions, and we do not use it for our own purposes or sell it. Business customers can request our standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by emailing team@anchorcomedia.com. Where a voice agent records or transcribes calls, you are responsible for ensuring the required recording-consent notice is delivered to callers; our tools support an at-call-start disclosure to help you comply with all-party-consent laws.

How we use your information

Artificial intelligence

Our Service uses large language models and AI voice technology to generate responses. AI-generated responses are algorithmic and may contain errors — they are clearly identified as AI, and you and your end-customers should not rely on them for professional, legal, financial, or medical decisions without human review. We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and our AI providers contractually do not train their models on your content.

Who we share it with (subprocessors)

We share only the minimum data necessary with vetted providers who help us run the Service:

We will provide the current subprocessor list on request and give business customers advance notice before adding a new subprocessor that processes their data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and most of our providers are located here. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For personal data transferred out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards in our provider agreements. Email team@anchorcomedia.com for a copy.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email team@anchorcomedia.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 30–45 days). EEA/UK/Swiss users may also lodge a complaint with their data-protection authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct the personal information we hold, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal. To make a request, email team@anchorcomedia.com.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email team@anchorcomedia.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS in transit, encryption at rest through our providers, role-based access controls, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data seriously. To report a vulnerability, email team@anchorcomedia.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders in advance.
