Anchor Co Media / Front Office

HVAC and plumbing answering, St. Louis

After-hours answering for St. Louis HVAC and plumbing companies.

The calls HVAC and plumbing companies least want to lose arrive at the worst times: a furnace dies on a January night, a pipe lets go on a Sunday. Front Office gives those callers an answer instead of a voicemail box.

Front Office from $99/month; with the AI receptionist $249/month. One-time $297 setup, month-to-month. No sales calls.

How the call goes

Your phone forwards unanswered calls to the AI receptionist. It answers as your company, says it is an AI assistant, and asks the questions you set: what is happening, the address, a callback number, how urgent.

You get an email within moments of the call ending with the caller's details and a written summary, and a private link to the transcript. You decide whether to call back now or in the morning.

Set it up for your trade

In the intake form you tell us your services, service area, hours, what counts as an emergency, and anything callers must be told. Typical examples: which suburbs you cover, whether you do commercial work, and that you do not quote prices over the phone.

It will not diagnose a problem, quote a price, or promise an arrival time. For safety situations, such as a gas smell or flooding near electrical, tell us the line you want read to the caller and we put it in the script.

How Front Office handles it

Covers the on-a-job gap

When you are in a crawlspace or on a roof, the call is answered instead of lost.

Emergency vs. routine

Callers are asked what is happening and how urgent, and the summary leads with it.

Works with your number

No new number. Forward unanswered calls and keep everything else the same.
