What a report looks like

A fictional example: a plumber whose site has a number but no tap-to-call, no chat and no after-hours path. The score is the sum of the weighted checks (OK earns full points, Check half, Fix none).

  • OK

    Website responds: 15 of 15

Loaded in 1.1s over HTTPS with a mobile viewport.

  • Check

Your phone number is findable: 10 of 20

On the page, but not a tap-to-call link.

  • Fix

Something answers a visitor instantly: 0 of 20

    No chat or text widget.

  • Fix

A path that works after hours: 0 of 20

No booking link, no chat, no promise of a reply.

  • Check

A contact form that captures the lead: 5 of 10

A form exists but does not ask for a phone number.

  • OK

Google Business Profile tied to the site: 15 of 15

Map embed, review link and local markup found.

Run it on your own site first: the report is the proof. This fictional example shows the format. Example total: 45 of 100. The weights are our own judgment, not an industry standard.

Questions

What does the audit check?

Six things on your public site: whether it loads fast and on mobile, whether your phone number is findable and tap-to-call, whether a chat or text widget answers visitors, whether any path works after hours, whether you have a contact form that asks for a phone number, and whether the site connects to a Google Business Profile.

Do you call or text my business?

No. We read your public homepage and, if it links one, your contact page. We do not call, text, or submit your forms, so nothing hits your phone or inbox.

What do you do with my email and phone?

We email you the report once, and keep your request so we can answer if you reply. We do not add you to a mailing list or follow up unless you reply. Ask us to delete it at team@anchorcomedia.com. See the privacy policy.

How accurate is the Google Business Profile check?

It only sees what your website shows: map links, embeds, review links and local business markup. It cannot read the profile itself, so treat it as a prompt to check your listing, not a verdict on it.

Why doesn't it test my contact form?

We won't submit your form because that would send a fake lead to a real business. Send yourself a test lead and time the reply.
